In her quote, Mother Teresa very powerfully captures important wisdom about how to approach life (and schooling) to make it more fulfilling and significant.  Teaching and learning offer us all numerous opportunities to focus on a number of “small things” that culminate overtime to produce individuals that are prepared to do the “great things” of life.  With this in mind, ultimately as a school community, we are judged by the actions of trainees/schools the way educators get to learn, connect, and impact the world beyond our Academy.   As a consultancy Academy, we are committed to integrating local content into learning opportunities because we believe that we learn better with and through what we can relate with.

As an educator for twelve years and still counting,  I value life-long learning and aim to make educators and individuals experience at Tomphonics Academy engaging and exciting.

As the lead facilitator of Tomphonics Academy, I believe that it is my responsibility to maintain and to continue to build a supportive and collaborative spirit in the education sphere. Together as a stakeholder in the education industry,  we will build on the traditions of the past and meet the challenges of the future in innovative and exciting ways.
