Participants will learn the history of spelling bees, knowing how the word ''bee'' became a household name. They will also be enlightened on the importance and seriousness for becoming a spelling champ. In the class, eight different strategies will be presented on ways in preparing for a spelling contest, and how to learn spellings generally, and finally, how to learn English spellings.
